Pain under gums

Pain under gums

Teeth are a very important part of the human body structure. I believe many people know that people’s teeth are arranged in an orderly manner and are mainly distributed on the gums. Therefore, dentists actually play a very important role in people’s tooth distribution, but many times some people feel pain under their gums in their lives. When this happens, many people think it is caused by teeth. So what are the possible causes of pain under the gums, and what should you do if this happens?

1. Don’t brush your teeth for now

If your gum tissue becomes red, swollen, and painful, do not brush your teeth for the time being to give it a chance to recover.

2. Contains ginger slices

Patients can hold some ginger slices in their mouths, because ginger can dispel cold and remove dampness, can effectively treat redness and swelling under the gums, and relieve the patient's gum pain symptoms. After washing the ginger, cut it into small slices and wrap it around the painful gums before going to bed every night. Ginger can have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and bactericidal effects, alleviating the patient's pain.

3. Cotton dipped in 3% hydrogen peroxide

You can use cotton to dip in 3% hydrogen peroxide and apply it to the wound. Hydrogen peroxide is a cleaning agent. If you use it for 5 to 7 days, it will not only help you clean your gums and restore them, but also will not damage the tooth texture.

4. Gargle with salt water

You can also use salt water to gargle. For patients with this disease, they must pay attention to their oral and gum hygiene, especially after each meal, they should use salt water to gargle, and insist on brushing their teeth every morning and evening. Because too much food is consumed every day, if personal oral hygiene is not paid attention to, more dental plaque will be formed, which will induce the occurrence of pharyngitis. Friends should pay special attention to prevent changes in the gums and maintain good hygiene habits.

5. Eat a light diet

Also pay attention to a balanced diet, eat more light foods, and stay away from spicy foods.

You should avoid vigorous brushing and make sure your toothbrush is soft, because plaque is a soft substance and can be removed better with a soft toothbrush than with a hard toothbrush.
