Clinical manifestations Hepatic capillary hemangiomas usually have no special clinical manifestations, no obvious discomfort, and no obvious clinical signs. examine Ultrasound examination is currently the main method for diagnosing hepatic capillary hemangioma, and its main manifestations are: ①The shape and outline of the liver usually remain unchanged; ② Most of the lesions have clear boundaries, strong echoes and uniform distribution; ③ Small, needle-like, round or tubular anechoic areas can be seen in the lesion area, forming a sieve-like structure. It can also be seen that some small blood vessels in the liver tissue directly pass into the lesion, causing a concave defect at the edge of the lesion. ④ The lesions may be single or multiple, often located at the edge or surface of the liver, adjacent to larger blood vessels in the liver or closely related to the blood vessels in the liver; ⑤ The echo at the far side of the lesion has no obvious change or is slightly enhanced; ⑥Follow-up observation showed no obvious increase in the size of the lesion in the short term. diagnosis The diagnosis can be basically confirmed based on the results of ultrasound examination. treat 1.
