The liver is a very important part of the human body structure and plays a very important role. I believe many people know that the human body is a complex structure, and basically a single move can affect the entire body. Many people develop a type of tumor called a capillary hemangioma of the liver. It is a relatively common overall condition that occurs in the liver and poses a great threat to people's bodies. So what should we do when hepatic capillary hemangioma occurs? Causes 1. Congenital developmental abnormalities The occurrence of hepatic hemangioma is caused by congenital peripheral vascular malformation of the liver. During embryonic development, abnormal development of hepatic blood vessels causes abnormal proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and forms hepatic hemangioma. 2. Hormone stimulation theory Female puberty, pregnancy, oral contraceptives, etc. can accelerate the growth of hemangiomas, so it is believed that female hormones may be a causative factor of hemangiomas. 3. Other theories Some scholars believe that capillary tissue is deformed after infection, leading to capillary dilation. After local necrosis of liver tissue, blood vessels dilate to form cavitations, and the surrounding blood vessels become congested and dilated. Regional blood circulation stagnation in the liver causes the blood vessels to form spongy dilation. Clinical manifestations Hepatic capillary hemangiomas usually have no special clinical manifestations, no obvious discomfort, and no obvious clinical signs. examine Ultrasound examination is currently the main method for diagnosing hepatic capillary hemangioma, and its main manifestations are: ①The shape and outline of the liver usually remain unchanged; ② Most of the lesions have clear boundaries, strong echoes and uniform distribution; ③ Small, needle-like, round or tubular anechoic areas can be seen in the lesion area, forming a sieve-like structure. It can also be seen that some small blood vessels in the liver tissue directly pass into the lesion, causing a concave defect at the edge of the lesion. ④ The lesions may be single or multiple, often located at the edge or surface of the liver, adjacent to larger blood vessels in the liver or closely related to the blood vessels in the liver; ⑤ The echo at the far side of the lesion has no obvious change or is slightly enhanced; ⑥Follow-up observation showed no obvious increase in the size of the lesion in the short term. diagnosis The diagnosis can be basically confirmed based on the results of ultrasound examination. treat 1. Tumors with a diameter of 10 cm generally require surgical treatment. 2. The main surgical methods are: ① hepatic hemangioma resection or hepatic lobectomy; ② hepatic artery ligation; ③ intraoperative cryotherapy. 3. Non-surgical treatments mainly include radiotherapy, hepatic artery angiography and tumor artery embolization therapy. |
