Where to massage for wrist pain

In the field of traditional Chinese medicine, it is generally believed that there are different acupoints hidden under the human skin. Each acupoint is responsible for a different system of the human body. Diseases can be cured and fatigue can be relieved by massaging the acupoints. Especially for workers who have been tired all day, a massage can often effectively relieve bone pain and promote metabolism. So when your wrist hurts, which part should you massage?

Massage can relieve some of the pain. Generally, after applying relaxation techniques such as pressing and kneading, you can press acupoints such as Hegu, Daling, Waiguan, Shousanli, Quchi, and Wangu Yangchi. And assist with joint stretching, traction, rotation and other methods, and finally end with relaxation methods such as massage and kneading. It is recommended to apply hot compress locally for 20 minutes each time, three times a day.

In addition to learning acupressure, applying medicine is also very effective for wrist pain

The wrist joint is composed of 8 carpal bones of different and irregular shapes. They are in contact with each other, connected by ligaments, and have different ranges of motion. Any angle deviation, excessive range of motion, improper force, incorrect batting technique, and insufficient wrist strength can cause wrist pain. Common diseases that cause pain include wrist tendonitis, wrist synovitis, sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist ganglion cysts, etc.

Wrist pain is a common disease in ball sports. This phenomenon often occurs, especially for offensive players who perform too many powerful smashes. It is often fine when you don't play tennis normally, but as soon as you hold the racket and play on the court, the pain becomes unbearable. Because of wrist pain, golfers are always hesitant on the court. In fact, in addition to pressing the acupoints, combining it with medicinal compresses can achieve twice the result with half the effort. The main secret recipes for medicinal compresses are as follows:
