At this time, we need to use anti-fatigue eye drops for targeted relief. Anti-fatigue eye drops can generally remove red bloodshot eyes, make eyes more comfortable, and replenish moisture around the eyes. So, what are the anti-fatigue eye drops?

1. When you feel eye fatigue, you can take some oral medicines for treatment. It is relatively simple and easy to use. The optional medicines mainly include Zhanyanming tablets, Fuming tablets, Qiju Dihuang pills, Mingmu Dihuang pills, etc. These medicines are mostly based on traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, and the course of treatment is relatively long. Therefore, you must persist in taking the medicine to see the effect.

2. To relieve symptoms such as eye fatigue and dryness, you can choose to use eye drops. There are many eye drops available on the market, but patients should try to choose some big brands, such as Pearl Eye Drops, Runshu Eye Drops, Zhenshiming Eye Drops, Avido Eye Drops, etc. Generally, 2 drops can be dropped into both eyes each time, 3 times a day.

3. There are many Chinese herbal prescriptions that are very effective in treating eye fatigue. Here are a few Chinese herbal prescriptions for you:

(1) First, prepare chrysanthemum, cassia seed, ophiopogon japonicus, wolfberry and other medicines. Take 1 gram of each of these ingredients every day, put them in a cup and soak them in boiling water for 20 minutes. You can drink it frequently every day.

(2) To treat eye fatigue, you can combine hawthorn, Polygonum multiflorum, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum and other drugs. Use 1 gram of each drug, put them in a cup and soak them in boiling water to make tea and drink frequently. One dose can be used daily.

(3) Nourishing Yin, Nourishing Blood and Resolving Decoction: The ingredients are Rehmannia glutinosa, Lycium barbarum, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Adenophorae, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Pinelliae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Schizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Herba Prunellae, and Radix Glycyrrhizae. The method of use is to decoct in water. Patients can use one dose daily or every other day depending on the situation.
