Aseptic inflammation of lumbar soft tissue

Aseptic inflammation of lumbar soft tissue

The lumbar spine is the body's most stress-bearing bone tissue, bearing almost all the pressure of the upper body and the tension of the lower body. Therefore, lumbar spine tissue lesions are very common in life, and the lumbar spine soft tissue is the most vulnerable tissue. For example, lumbar soft tissue inflammation is a common problem, among which aseptic inflammation is the main manifestation. So, what is aseptic inflammation of lumbar soft tissue?

Aseptic inflammation refers to various aseptic inflammations of the waist caused by cold, dampness, heavy massage, etc. The main lesions are located in the soft tissue around the lumbar spine, especially the edema, exudation, blood stasis and fiber exudation of muscle fibers and their fascia, which constitute the characteristics of early lesions. If the disease is treated correctly in the early stage, the disease process can be reversed and return to normal. However, if it is not treated properly, the disease can develop into chronic fibrosis in the later stage. In severe cases, it can cause compression of local nerve branches (trunks) and cause a series of symptoms. At present, with the improvement of living conditions, air conditioning has become quite popular. When the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large and people go in and out repeatedly, it is easy to cause aseptic inflammation of the waist, which in turn causes various symptoms. By the same token, sleeping outdoors to keep cool in the summer or with an electric fan blowing directly on the waist while sleeping at night can easily cause aseptic inflammatory lumbar spondylosis.

In recent years, clinical findings show that more and more patients with lumbar spondylosis develop the disease without obvious causes, often accompanied by some symptoms of systemic immune diseases. Even if they do not have typical symptoms of immune diseases, some immunological test indicators are abnormal. Combining immunosuppressive therapy with anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy can often achieve better results. Therefore, this type of lumbar disease is currently listed separately in clinical practice, and targeted treatment plans are proposed. So far, we can only control the development of this type of disease and alleviate its symptoms, but have not yet found a cure.

In order to treat lumbar disc herniation, the use of Chinese medicine external plasters can quickly restore health. External plasters are painless, have no complications, are safe and convenient, and have definite efficacy. They have long been the preferred treatment option for many patients.
