1. Production method

(2) Place the eggs in a casserole, add the spice bag, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and appropriate amount of boiling water, and cook over high heat for about 1 hour. The eggs are ready to eat when the eggshells turn brown.

2. Delicious Tea Eggs

raw material:

10 eggs, 1/2 cup of tea, 1000ML of water, 1 cup of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 pack of all-purpose marinade. Note: 1 cup = 240ML

Preparation method:

(1) Wash the egg shells carefully, put them in a pot, and pour in clean water until the water covers the eggs;

(2) Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Turn the eggs over several times while boiling so that the yolk is concentrated in the middle of the egg. After the water boils, turn to low heat, cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool for later use.

(3) Put the all-purpose marinade bag and all other ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Lightly crack the egg with the blunt end and put it into the pot. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Turn off the heat and soak for another 2 hours.
