Is 30 considered middle-aged?

In our lives, for men, thirty is the prime age. Many men start to develop their careers at this age, because when men are 30, both their families and their hearts have matured, and it is very helpful to start a career at this time. So, are 30-year-old men considered middle-aged?

There are at least the following different definitions of youth:

1. The Communist Youth League stipulates in its constitution that "Chinese youth aged 14 to 28" can apply to join the Communist Youth League; if a member is 28 years old or above and does not hold a position in the League, he or she should go through the procedures to leave the League.

2. In my country's population statistics, there are two ways to calculate the youth population: one is 15-24 years old; the other is 15-29 years old. The population statistics use 5 years old as one age group. The former calculation method is two age groups, and the latter method is three age groups.

3. Government agencies, schools, enterprises, institutions and other units usually classify employees under the age of 30 as young people, list them as targets of youth work, and allocate activity funds to the Youth League Committee of the unit based on this number.

4. For the selection of outstanding young people at all levels and in all categories across the country, the upper age limit is generally set at 39 years old. There are almost no exceptions in the selection of "Top Ten Outstanding Young People", "Excellent (Outstanding) Young Entrepreneurs", "Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs Coming to Beijing" and winners of the "May Fourth Medal". Some of the candidates are even over 40 years old.

5. For the All-China Youth Federation, the upper age limit for elected members is 40 years old, and the upper age limit for elected standing committee members is 45 years old.

6. In many sectors such as the business, science and technology, literature and art circles, the upper age limit for being named young entrepreneurs, young scientists, young writers and young artists is generally 45 years old, and some are even as high as 49 years old.

7. According to the statistical standards of the public security department, the age limit for young people is between 13 and 25 years old. It includes both minors under the age of 18 (juvenile crime is defined as this age group in the legal community); and adults aged 19-25 (the juvenile crime rate statistics are defined as 13-25 years old).

8. Educators believe that: children (infants) are divided into 14 years old, and teenagers are divided into 14 to 18 years old;

It seems that this is an open question, but it can be said with certainty that people in their 30s are in their golden age, when their experience, abilities and physical condition are at their peak. This age is a watershed in life and the harvest season when it is easiest to produce results.
