Staying up late and vomiting blood

Staying up late and vomiting blood

I believe everyone knows that staying up late is very harmful to people's health. People who often stay up late are likely to suffer from kidney deficiency, and staying up late can also easily damage the liver. In short, staying up late is very harmful to people's health. Some people may vomit blood if they stay up too long, which may be due to damage to the internal organs. So what exactly is going on when you stay up late and vomit blood?

Blood in sputum may be caused by lung diseases such as bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, and tuberculosis. If blood in sputum occurs, you should be alert to the occurrence of lung cancer. You should go to the hospital for an X-ray chest examination and sputum exfoliative cytology examination in time. These two methods are simple, economical, less painful, and have a high diagnostic positive rate.

If there is blood in the sputum, it may be an upper respiratory tract infection. You can use amoxicillin capsules and cough syrup. At the same time, boil pears with sugar water and eat the juice and flesh. You should drink more water and get enough sleep. Usually you should eat light food and less spicy food. Pay attention to nutrition and enhance physical exercise. Avoid spicy food, tobacco and alcohol.

Considering that it is caused by pulmonary tuberculosis, as long as it is not infected with drug-resistant bacteria, commonly used anti-tuberculosis drugs will be effective.

The national standard chemotherapy regimen for initial treatment uses a combination of four drugs: rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol. Rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and streptomycin can also be used in combination. Commonly used second-line drugs include PAS, propionamide, levofloxacin, kanamycin, etc. Recently, the United States discovered a drug called R207910 that is very effective against drug-resistant strains and has the potential to cut tuberculosis treatment time in half. This is a compound called a diarylquinoline, which can neutralize an enzyme and prevent tuberculosis bacteria from using this enzyme to produce energy. If combined with the existing drugs isoniazid and pyrazinamide, it could achieve the same results in just one month as standard chemotherapy does in two months.
