However, in order to avoid unnecessary trouble during customs declaration, some importers will still mark the shelf life as 10 years. So if you see imported wines on the market with a shelf life of 10 years or no shelf life, both are viable.

So everyone has the answer in their minds, it is indeed drinkable after being stored for 10 years. However, experts say that 3-5 years is the best time to drink.
