Is blood pressure between 58 and 88 normal?

Is blood pressure between 58 and 88 normal?

As we all know, human blood pressure has two numbers, usually one high and one low. The higher number is called systolic blood pressure, and the lower number is called diastolic blood pressure. If a person's systolic blood pressure is 90 to 140 and the diastolic blood pressure is 60 to 90, this blood pressure is considered normal. If the diastolic blood pressure is lower than 60, it is considered low blood pressure. Obviously, a blood pressure of 58 to 88 is abnormal and is obviously low blood pressure.

Is blood pressure between 58 and 88 normal?

First of all, the blood pressure is seriously low. At this time, you must go to the hospital for a detailed school examination. After confirming the low blood pressure, you must actively treat it. This blood pressure is definitely abnormal, so it may have a lot to do with the current symptoms.

This blood pressure level is a bit low.

Guidance:

According to the blood pressure test, it is best to go to the hospital to check the blood routine to see if you are anemic, so that you can get timely symptomatic treatment.

This is normal. There is no problem. Don't worry. Don't be picky eaters. Eat as wide and diverse a diet as possible. Eat more high-protein and high-quality protein foods and more vegetables and fruits. Don't drink alcohol or coffee. Quit smoking. Don't come into contact with toxic substances and radiation sources. Quit smoking, drinking alcohol and tea, prevent colds, etc. Avoid spicy food.

I am six and a half months pregnant. The blood pressure I measure now is an indicator of low blood pressure. I suggest you increase blood volume, drink more water, and get intravenous infusion when necessary. Low blood pressure will also affect the fetus.

Diet therapy for low blood pressure

1. 1 black-bone chicken (about 1500 grams). Remove the feathers from the chicken, cut open the belly and clean it. Put 60 grams of angelica root, 50 grams of astragalus, 150 grams of brown sugar and 50 grams of rice wine into the chicken's belly. Then sew the chicken's belly tightly. Steam it in a pot and eat the meat and drink the soup. Eat it once every half a month for two months.

2. Remove the core of 15 red dates, 150 grams of chestnuts, and 1 clean chicken. Cut the chicken into pieces, stir-fry over high heat, add seasoning, cook until 80% cooked, then add red dates and chestnuts and simmer until cooked.

3. 1 crucian carp, 60 grams of glutinous rice. Wash the fish (do not remove the scales) and cook it with glutinous rice into porridge. Eat it twice a week for two months.

4. 1 young hen, 30 grams of astragalus, 100 grams of fresh gastrodia elata (15 grams of dried product). Wash the chicken, blanch it in boiling water, and rinse it with cold water. Slice Gastrodia elata and Astragalus membranaceus and put them into the chicken stomach. Put the chicken in a casserole, add appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, salt, wine, 15 grams of tangerine peel, and appropriate amount of water. Simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked through. Add 2 grams of pepper and it is ready to eat.

5. Add 1 pig heart, 20 grams of astragalus, 12 grams of angelica, 30 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, and 6 grams of Chuanxiong, add water and stew until done, eat the pig heart and drink the soup.

6. Add 20 grams of red dates, 15 grams of Adenophora Root, 10 grams each of raw and cooked Rehmannia Glutinosa, add appropriate amount of water and steam in a stewing pot for 3 hours. Add appropriate amount of honey and eat it twice a day for 15 consecutive days.

7. Take an appropriate amount of leeks, mash them and extract the juice. Take 1 cup every morning. Regular consumption can restore blood pressure to normal.

8. Cook 50 grams each of angelica, astragalus, and red dates with 4 eggs. Eat the eggs and drink the soup once in the morning and evening every day on an empty stomach.
