Because it brings together various functions, it is not difficult to operate. And the price is not very expensive. So what should you pay attention to when using a multi-function steaming pot?

The multifunctional steaming and cooking pot equipment has the advantages of energy saving, noise reduction, corrosion resistance, high production capacity and easy cleaning. It is widely used in the dairy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and beverage industries for processing candy, wine, cakes, preserves, canned food, stewed food, corn and eggs. It can also be used in large restaurants or canteens to make soup, cook dishes, stew meat, and make porridge. It is a good equipment for improving food processing quality, shortening time and improving working conditions.

Precautions for using a multi-function cooking pot:

1. For the safety valve of the steamer, you must use the safety valve designed and configured by the company and designated for professional use, and you must not adjust it at will.

2. When using the multi-functional cooking pot, always pay attention to the temperature changes of the heat transfer oil. Normally, the heat transfer oil is not allowed to exceed 150°C. (controlled by the configured electric control box), adjust the temperature in time and pay attention to it; when working above 150℃, pay attention to the changes in oil temperature and pressure and take other safety measures.

3. After the vertical cooking pot heats the material to the required temperature, the material is released from the bottom of the pot.

4. Before using this equipment in each shift, oil should be added to all rotating parts; pay attention to whether the heating rod is damaged. For the stirring sandwich pot, it is recommended to use cooked vegetable oil for the parts on the surface of the pot body; 30#-40# machine oil should be used for other places.

5. After use, you should cut off the power supply first and add tap water into the pot immediately to protect the heating rod and extend its service life.

6. When adding heat transfer oil, it is recommended to buy heat transfer oil with an oil temperature of 320 degrees, which can quickly increase the oil temperature and improve work efficiency. Before refueling, block the oil drain port first, and add oil to 4~5cm below the overflow port. Then seal one side of the overflow port with a valve before heating, and connect a conduit on the other side to divert the excess heat transfer oil that may flow out into a bucket during heating. After using it 4~5 times, you can seal it with a valve. (Because the quality of heat transfer oil produced in each place is different, if a large amount of it flows out at the beginning of use, pour part of it back into the interlayer before the next use. After several cycles, it can basically be stable).
