What's wrong with not being able to eat or sleep?

We often hear people around us say that they have no appetite and don’t want to eat anything, and some people always suffer from insomnia and can’t sleep. So what’s the matter with not being able to eat or sleep? People who have this situation often have something on their mind or are under a lot of pressure, especially when they encounter difficulties at work or some changes in their family, etc., which can make them lose their appetite and sleep. In addition, if this situation occurs without any external reasons, then we need to consider the disease.

Pay attention to sleep problems, because long-term poor sleep may cause physical discomfort. Therefore, you still have to consider using some sleeping aids for treatment, and you can consider using some tranquilizers and brain tonics. In addition, you should pay attention to exercising more during the day, as exercise can also help improve these problems.

1. Self-reflection

Some anxiety disorders are caused by patients suppressing certain emotional experiences or desires, which are suppressed to the point of being unintentional. However, the emotions do not disappear and remain lurking in the unconscious, thus causing symptoms. When the disease occurs, one only feels pain and anxiety but does not know the cause. Therefore, in order to save yourself from mental anxiety in this situation, you must reflect on yourself and speak out the things in your subconscious mind that cause you pain. You can vent your emotions when necessary, and the symptoms will generally disappear after venting.

2. Self-confidence

The necessary prerequisite for self-help in mental anxiety disorder is self-confidence. Some people who lack self-confidence in themselves doubt their ability to complete and cope with things. They exaggerate the possibility of their failure, and thus become anxious, nervous and fearful.

3. Self-relaxation

That is to free yourself from tension. For example: When you are in a better mental state, imagine various possible dangerous scenarios and let the weakest scenario appear first. And repeat it over and over again, and slowly you will no longer experience anxiety when you think of any dangerous situation or the whole process. This is when it ends.

4. Self-stimulation

After the onset of anxiety neurosis, patients always have wild thoughts in their minds, feel restless, confused and extremely painful. At this time, the patient can use self-stimulation to divert his attention. For example, when you are having wild thoughts, find an interesting and engaging book to read, or engage in strenuous physical labor to forget about the painful things. Self-help for mental anxiety disorders can prevent other symptoms caused by excessive thinking and can also enhance adaptability.
