2. Symptoms of anal itching

Reflex pain: Anal sinusitis often causes reflex pain, which can be reflected to the urogenital area through the internal pudendal nerve and the third and fourth sacral nerves, to the sacrum and coccyx through the iliohypogastric nerve and anococcygeal nerve, or to the lower limbs through the sciatic nerve. It can also cause digestive symptoms such as indigestion, excessive flatulence or constipation. Anal sinusitis can affect the health of the entire body and is called rectal neurasthenia, which may be the result of irritation of the internal organs and spinal nerves.
