3. Cut the undried ginger into slices, and then use it to rub the areas where hair is falling out. Do this for 20 minutes each time, once or twice a day, and one week is a course of treatment. The effect is very good. But it should be noted that: for the ginger, do not cut it and set it aside, but make sure to cut it while using it, so that it can have a better effect.

* Not picky about food

* Don't stay up late

* No anxiety

*No perm or dyeing

During the perming and dyeing process, high temperature and chemical hair dyes can cause great damage to the hair and scalp. For people with hair loss, it is best to stay away from perming and dyeing.
