What is the most effective way to memorize?

Everyone wants to have a super memory, which can provide great help in life and work. However, an effective memory method is not a sudden idea that comes on a whim. It still requires persistence, long-term training and improvement to achieve the best memory state. This method is different from rote memorization. It requires methods and techniques. So what is the most effective memory method?

Method 2: Position Memory Method

This method is to create a separate space in your mental world (virtual world) and arrange the items to be remembered in an orderly manner. For example, if you want to remember the items in a room, you should imagine a room in your mind, which can be your bedroom or office. It is best to have a familiar environment, and then place different things in different places in the room. Of course, these things are what you want to remember. By placing it in different positions, there will be corresponding memories in your brain, and at this time you are "remembering". As shown in the picture.

Method 3: Associative Memory

The association method, as the name suggests, is imagination, that is, associating new information with known and familiar things. This method of memorization is more flexible. You can let your imagination run wild. As long as it can strengthen memory and better connect familiar things, you can imagine anything. Even better, people with active minds can imagine difficult, exaggerated, and somewhat unrealistic situations, which can enhance memory. Here I will give you an example of reciting poetry, as shown in the picture.

Method 4: Smell and sound memory

Taste and sound are all connected to memory, and memory is a unique thing. When we recall a certain scene, we can often recall information such as the person's voice, smile, and whether there was any special smell on the person's body. So this is the principle that occurs when we recall something because of a certain smell or sound. This is a relatively abstract principle, just understand it.

Method 5: Time

According to research, the human brain's memory ability is best in the morning, noon and evening. At this time, memorizing things, reading and studying will achieve unexpected results.
