Sometimes when you are sleeping at night, you suddenly experience tinnitus in your ears. Sometimes it only lasts for a moment, and sometimes it lasts for a long time. Some people don’t care much about this situation and think it’s nothing. In fact, the general phenomenon of tinnitus may be caused by kidney deficiency or neurasthenia. It can also be caused by common colds, fatigue or cold. Patients with this symptom should pay attention to the combination of work and rest and maintain an optimistic mood. There are three most common causes of tinnitus at night: (1) The hearing of the outer ear or middle ear fails and cannot absorb the surrounding sounds, so the "by-products" produced by the inner ear become clear; (2) The inner ear is damaged and loses its ability to convert sound energy. The volume of the "by-product" sound becomes stronger and can be heard even in a very noisy environment. (3) Tinnitus from outside the middle ear and inner ear: For some patients with kidney disease, the blood quality of the blood vessels in the head or neck near the auditory organs is poor due to the influence of kidney disease, which makes the blood supply and circulation not smooth, and some sounds will be produced. The blood vessels of smokers become narrower, which hinders the blood circulation to a certain extent, and will also cause the same consequences. Elderly people may also experience this problem due to poor blood quality caused by physical failure. Because they are close to the ears, the sounds produced by the blocked blood flow can be heard clearly by the ears and become tinnitus. Dietary precautions 1. Eat more foods rich in protein and vitamins. Research by relevant experts has found that noise can increase the consumption of some amino acids and vitamins (such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, etc.) in the human body. Therefore, we should eat more foods rich in vitamin D, iron, zinc and other elements in our daily diet. This type of food mainly includes lean meat, beans, fungus, mushrooms, various green leafy vegetables, radishes, tomatoes, garlic, oysters, etc. 2. Limit fat intake. Excessive intake of lipid foods will increase blood lipids, blood viscosity and cause arteriosclerosis. The inner ear is most sensitive to blood supply disorders. When blood circulation disorders occur, it will lead to lack of nutrition for the auditory nerve, thus causing deafness. 3. Eat more foods containing zinc. There are many factors that lead to presbycusis, and zinc deficiency is an important one. Foods rich in zinc include: fish, beef, pork liver, chicken, chicken liver, eggs, various seafood; apples, oranges, walnuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, radish, etc. 4. Eat soy products regularly. Nutrition experts believe that supplementing the human body with iron can dilate capillaries, soften red blood cells, ensure blood supply to the ears, and effectively prevent hearing loss. The iron and zinc content in soybeans is much higher than other foods. Soybeans also contain a large amount of calcium, which can supplement the insufficient calcium metabolism in the cochlea and improve the symptoms of deafness and tinnitus. Therefore, eating soy products regularly can help prevent deafness. |
