There are many small particles on my face, very rough

The facial skin is rough and has small particles. This is the case for many people. However, when most people encounter this situation, their first reaction is to exfoliate. In fact, this is wrong. Generally speaking, skin sensitivity is mostly caused by lack of water. At this time, the first thing we need to do is to hydrate the skin, not to irritate the skin. Exfoliation will only make the skin drier.

There are many small particles on the face, which are very rough.

Step 1: Steam your face to open your pores

The small particles on the face are actually caused by lack of water. Before replenishing water, we need to open our pores so that the skin can absorb it better. Steaming your face is a very good method, which is convenient and fast. Using steam can open our pores and also expel some dirt from the pores. This way, the pores will be unblocked and small particles will disappear.

Step 2: Strengthen hydration

Our skin is very dry now, so using only a hydrating mask is not enough. We need to apply some hydrating essence to enhance the effect. It is best to choose hyaluronic acid or EGF as the hydrating essence. Apply a layer and then massage with your fingertips until the skin absorbs it. It does not need to be fully absorbed. You can apply the mask when it is about 70% absorbed. You can decide the application time according to your skin condition. Generally, it is 10 to 15 minutes, and it can be delayed by about 10 minutes. Do not exceed half an hour. Remember this!

Step 3: Moisturizing and locking in moisture

After applying the mask, if you don’t use facial cream to lock in moisture, your skin will easily become dry again. Please note that you cannot choose thick facial cream at this time, as it will easily clog the pores and the skin will not absorb it well. You should choose one with a lighter texture. You can add a drop of beauty oil, mix them together and apply them on the face. Do not ignore the corners and massage until the skin is fully absorbed.

What to do if you have small pimples on your face

Whiteheads, also known as whiteheads, are closed comedones. It is common in areas with abundant oil secretion such as the face, chest, and back. It is a tiny subcutaneous fat plug that appears as a hemispherical white bag the size of a grain of rice. It is hard in texture and has no subjective symptoms. It is mainly composed of dead bacteria and body secretions and generally takes two months to form. Whiteheads are the predecessors of blackheads, but many whiteheads are very "conservative" and will never "open" throughout their lives. Starting from acne, it can form or transform into papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts, all of which are accompanied by sebum secretion.

Acne is divided into whitehead comedones and blackhead comedones. Whitehead comedones are called closed comedones. Closed comedones are more difficult to cure clinically. Whiteheads appear because the stratum corneum is too thick. Whiteheads are unstable comedones (closed type) and can easily develop into pimples. There are mainly two types of factors: external factors and internal factors.

What should girls do if they have whiteheads on their faces?
