Can a scratched eyeball heal itself?

Can a scratched eyeball heal itself?

Due to some carelessness or accidents in life, the eyes may be accidentally scratched. This kind of scratch is very difficult to heal and needs slow recovery. The eyeball cannot repair itself after being scratched. Severe cases require surgery in the hospital to relieve some of the pain. So everyone needs to pay attention. In addition to surgery, there are also some ways to exercise in life.

The method of "rolling the eyeball" to restore vision is still scientific!

Nowadays, many people, especially students, like to use health drops to protect their eyes. However, excessive use of eye drops has no protective effect on the eyes and sometimes has the opposite effect, causing other eye diseases. In fact, the simplest, most effective and side-effect-free way to protect your eyes is to do eye exercises. Because the eyes have rich nerves and small blood vessels, continuous massage and movement can increase circulation and protect eyesight.

When I was 45 years old, I started to suffer from presbyopia and my vision became increasingly difficult. I also developed glaucoma. I remembered that I had done eye exercises when I was young. Based on this principle, I compiled a set of eye exercises and combined them with drug treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor. Now, after several years, not only has the intraocular pressure been effectively controlled, preventing the further development of floaters caused by glaucoma, but the speed of presbyopia has also been greatly slowed down. The method is:

1. Close your eyes and turn your eyes left and right:

Close your eyes and move your eyeballs from left to right and from right to left 25 times at the same time.

2. Open your eyes and turn your eyes left and right:

Open both eyes and move both eyeballs from left to right and from right to left 25 times at the same time.

3. Use the back of your thumb to rub your eyes:

Close your eyes and rub your upper eyelids 50 times from inside to outside with the backs of your thumbs.

4. Eye rolling method:

Open your eyes wide and rotate your eyeballs clockwise 25 times, then counterclockwise 25 times, for a total of 50 times.

5. Beat the Heavenly Drum:

Put the five fingers of both hands together, place the palms against the ears, and place the five fingers back against the back of the head. Use the index or middle finger to tap the occipital bone, making a "dong, dong, dong" sound, like beating a drum, for a total of 50 times.

Doing this exercise can not only improve eyesight, but also enhance memory, exercise the eye muscles, promote blood circulation in the eyes, enhance the regulatory function of the ciliary muscles of the eyes, and achieve the effect of improving eyesight.
