For middle-aged people who are prone to spinal deformities, playing volleyball regularly can self-repair the spine, reduce the pressure on the heart and lung muscles, and improve cardiopulmonary function.

6. Avoid passive damage, active damage is controllable

Because there is a net separating the two balls, the collision of the volleyballs is reduced, which greatly reduces the chance of injury and the body is less likely to be hurt. When spiking the ball, don't use brute force, but be smart. The point of impact is more lethal than force. Warm-up exercises should be done thoroughly before the game, and warm-up for at least 15 minutes before going on the court, so as to actively control injuries.

Volleyball matches are often held, which not only exercises the body but also enhances the friendship among the players.

There are 75 balls in three sets of volleyball matches, and 115 balls in five sets. The outcome cannot be determined by just one ball! Over time, the contestants learned to "let go" and "forget", some became able to "make fun of themselves" humorously, and learned to "tolerate, understand, and encourage" each other. When encountering difficulties, everyone worked together! Volleyball makes people free and confident.
