The third method is to use mild water temperature to wash your hair

When shampooing your hair, the water temperature should be controlled appropriately, not too hot, because hair will become more fragile after being wetted by water. If the water temperature of shampooing is still too hot, it will destroy the fibrin components contained in the hair, accelerating the hair to become drier and more dry. Therefore, it is best to use warm water to wash your hair. Those who like to use very hot water need to change it.

The fourth method is to massage your scalp frequently

The healthy growth of hair requires the supply of nutrients from the body. When washing your hair daily, learning to massage your scalp moderately can also promote blood circulation in the scalp, allowing the hair roots to absorb more nutrients.
