What causes an enlarged stomach?

First: First of all, in terms of diet, three meals must be eaten on time and in the appropriate amount. Be sure not to leave your stomach empty. The gastric acid secreted when the stomach is empty will damage the stomach wall, and if it continues for a long time, it may sometimes cause gastric perforation. And don't eat too much at each meal. Eating too much is a burden on our stomach. It is best to eat until you are 80% full at each meal. Maintain a light diet and avoid eating too many stimulating foods.

Second: Breakfast is very important. Because our stomach is empty after a night's sleep. So as an appetizer and a main meal we should eat something mild and nutritious. Whole grains are the best choice. Foods like porridge and steamed buns are especially good. I buy my own grains from the supermarket, such as black rice, mung beans, and peanuts. Then I put them in a pot and simmer them over low heat until they are neither too thick nor too watery, which is very healthy.

Third: Try to avoid late-night snacks if possible. Don't eat too much extra after dinner. And eating midnight snacks is often because we choose to stay up late. Staying up late can easily cause our stomach to not get any information. Moreover, eating too much midnight snack can easily make you gain weight and you will not be able to sleep if you are too full. If this continues, the stomach will be overloaded and prone to illness. Eat more fruits in daily life. Apples are very good. I insist on eating an apple every day to replenish water and vitamins.

Getting enough sleep is also important. Our brains need rest, and so do our stomachs. I would go to bed around 11 o'clock every night. Going to bed early allows our stomach to get rest earlier. This is also very important.
