Fourth: Guanyuan Point You can lie down on the bed and relax, then place the tip of your thumb on the Guanyuan point, and massage it with a little force for about fifty times. Fifth: Tianshu Point Lie down on the bed and relax, then put your hands on your hips, use the tips of your middle fingers to massage the Tianshu points on both sides, and use the remaining fingers to hold the clothes tightly against the skin, then massage with a little force for about fifty times. Sixth: Large Intestine Shu The location of the large intestine point is about 1.5 inches below the site of severe protrusion of the fourth lumbar spine, and is about as wide as a thumb. You can massage the fingertips or in circles, which can effectively treat constipation. Seventh: Zhongwan Point Lie on your back on the bed and relax, with your legs stretched out naturally. Overlap the palm of your right hand on the back of your left hand, then place the palm of your left hand tightly on the Zhongwan point, and massage with slight force for about fifty times. |
