How to quickly eliminate skin congestion

How to quickly eliminate skin congestion

Bumps and bruises are unavoidable in daily life, and it is easy to cause bruises. Congestion is caused by the rupture of veins after being impacted, which leads to obstruction of blood flow. Congestion occurs only due to blood stasis. For this kind of injury, natural recovery takes at least half a month. Therefore, if you want to quickly dissipate blood stasis, you must learn the good method we proposed today.

Method 1

1Apply an ice pack to the bruise. For the first few days after the bruise, apply an ice pack to the area for 15 minutes every few hours throughout the day. Ice can reduce inflammation and swelling, helping bruises heal faster.

2After two days, you can apply hot compress (warm heat). After using ice to reduce inflammation, you can apply heat (warm, making sure not to overheat) directly to the bruise. Warm compress can promote blood circulation in the area and speed up recovery.

3. Elevate the bruised area. If the bruise is in a part of your body that you can lift, such as a limb, you can reduce blood flow to the bruise by elevating it above your heart. This will reduce swelling and allow blood to flow back into the bruise, preventing it from getting worse and flowing into the bruise. Elevating the area is most effective when done soon after the bruise occurs.

4. Avoid strenuous exercise. For the first day or two after your bruise, avoid any strenuous activity that would increase blood flow throughout your body. The more blood flows to the bruise, the worse it will become.

5Gently massage the bruise. Use your thumb to gently massage the area around the bruise. Do not apply pressure or try to massage the center of the bruise, as this may cause pain. Make sure you massage in circular motions. Doing so can stimulate lymphatic function and help the body eliminate congestion naturally.

6. Expose the bruised area to sunlight. If you expose your bruise to direct sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes a day, the ultraviolet rays will begin to break down bilirubin, the substance that makes bruises yellow. Exposure to sunlight can help speed up this process and make your bruise fade faster.

Method 2: Home remedies

1 Rub the bruise with vinegar and water. Mix vinegar with warm water and rub it on the bruise. Vinegar can increase blood circulation in the surface layer of the skin, helping bruises heal faster.

2 Eat pineapple or papaya. Pineapple and papaya contain a digestive enzyme called bromelain, which breaks down proteins that trap blood and fluid in cell tissues. Try to eat more pineapples to absorb bromelain and help the body remove blood stasis.

3. Apply and take vitamin C. Getting enough vitamin C can help bruises heal faster by taking two approaches.

First, make sure you're getting enough vitamin C from foods like oranges, mangoes, broccoli, peppers, and sweet potatoes. You can also take a vitamin C supplement to make sure you get your daily recommended intake.

Crush the vitamin C pills and mix with a small amount of water to form a paste. Rub directly onto the bruise and allow to air dry before gently rinsing with water.

4. Take raspberry extract. Raspberry extract contains anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that reduce the appearance of bruises by stabilizing collagen and strengthening blood vessels. You can buy raspberry extract in pill form at most health food stores.

5 Crush the parsley and apply it directly to the bruise. Parsley may contain anti-inflammatory properties that may help bruises heal faster.

6. Eat fresh ginger. Like parsley, fresh ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties and is great for supporting your immune system. Cut fresh ginger into pieces, soak it in hot water for a few minutes and drink it. You can also take ginger powder capsules or crush fresh ginger and apply it directly to the bruise.

7Mix the chili powder into the Vaseline. Apply this mixture to the bruise and let it sit for several hours. Simply wipe with a paper towel if necessary. Apply once daily until the bruise disappears.

8 Make a paste of comfrey root. Grind the comfrey root and add a little water to form a paste. Dip a cotton ball in the paste and apply it to the bruised area until the bruise disappears.

9. Soak the bruise in witch hazel oil. Witch hazel can speed up the healing process and is thought to help reduce inflammation. Apply the oil to the bruise and leave it on for several hours. Repeat at least once a day until the bruise disappears.

10 Peel the banana and use the inside of the peel to massage the bruised area. Then eat the banana (don’t throw away the delicious banana flesh).

Method 3

Using medicine or cream

1Take paracetamol or ibuprofen, but never aspirin. Some analgesics have anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce pain and swelling. However, aspirin may thin the blood and make bruises worse, so avoid taking it.

2Apply Arnica ointment or gel daily. Arnica is an anti-inflammatory herb that can quickly reduce the appearance of bruises. You can find arnica in most prescription medicines in cream or gel form. Apply a layer of arnica to the bruise twice a day until the bruise disappears.

3 Let leeches suck away the blood clots. If you're brave enough, you can buy live leeches from some pharmacies and place them directly on the bruise. The leeches will immediately suck out the top layer of blood. Since the leech's saliva has a more or less numbing effect on the nerves, you shouldn't feel any discomfort during the process.

Tips

Try to avoid bruises on your body!

Don't worry, bruises are usually minor and will heal on their own without seeing a doctor.

The bruise will go away quickly, but if it lasts for more than two weeks, you should see a doctor.

Applying ice immediately is definitely the best way to avoid bruising to the injured area.
