The pressure cooker is a revolution in the development of modern cooking tools. It has made a qualitative leap in people's cooking technology and can make all kinds of hard-to-cook foods easily soft. However, the pressure cooker is a very dangerous cooking utensil to use because the pressure of the pressure cooker is too high and the material requirements are high. Otherwise, it is easy to explode and bring harm to people. Let's take a look at the signs before the pressure cooker explodes. Generally, pressure cookers have at least double insurance: one is the air vent; the other is the safety valve.Under normal use, the pressure cooker will explode only when the air vent and the safety valve are blocked and the pressure cooker continues to be heated, causing the gas pressure inside the pot to exceed the pressure that the pressure cooker can withstand. 1. Misalignment of the plastic gasket inside the pressure cooker lid may cause the pressure cooker to explode. 2. Excessive fire during use may cause the pressure cooker to explode. 3. A loose handle of the pressure cooker may cause an explosion.
Instructions for use (1) Before each use, carefully check whether the exhaust hole of the pressure limiting valve is unobstructed (it can be cleared with a toothpick), and keep the anti-blocking cover clean; (2) Do not fill the pot too full with food. Generally, the amount of food should not exceed four-fifths of the pot's height. For foods that are easy to expand (such as kelp, mung beans, corn, etc.), they should not exceed half of the pot body; (3) When closing the lid, align the lid markings with the pot body and ensure they fit tightly together. Stop when it is in place, don't use too much force to turn it over; (4) After heating, close the cover and close the pressure limiting valve cover when a lot of steam is seen to be discharged from the pressure limiting exhaust hole; (5) When the pressure limiting valve is working, reduce the fire power to keep the pressure valve moving slightly; (6) Before opening the cover, you must wait until the pressure is completely reduced, that is, the valve core of the protection device drops and resets before you can open the cover. Do not force the handle;(7) The safe service life of a general pressure cooker is not more than eight years. In order to ensure the quality of pressure cookers, the state has implemented a licensing system for pressure cookers, and formulated new mandatory standards for aluminum pressure cookers and stainless steel pressure cookers in 1992 and 1994 respectively. These two national standards mainly provide clear provisions for four major performances: nominal working pressure, safety pressure, breaking pressure, and opening and closing safety. In addition, the national standard also makes specific provisions on the sealing performance, anti-blocking safety and hygiene requirements of pressure cookers. |
