In fact, for most expectant mothers, hormonal changes during pregnancy can make their hair look healthier. Hair loss is more common after giving birth than during pregnancy. Hair loss during pregnancy is rare. However, everyone's physical fitness is different, and some people will lose hair during pregnancy. One of the clinical pregnancy reactions is the increase in metabolism, which is a normal manifestation of early pregnancy.

The causes of hair loss are related to nutrition, sleep, mental stress or sudden mental stimulation. In the early stages of pregnancy, you may be overly stressed and it is normal to lose your hair. You can check the trace elements in your blood and avoid being in a state of mental stress often. You can rub ginger on the areas where hair is falling out frequently to promote hair growth. Adequate sleep can promote normal metabolism of skin and hair. The metabolic period is mainly at night, especially between 10 pm and 2 am. Sufficient sleep during this period can enable normal metabolism of hair. On the contrary, if the metabolism and nutrition of hair are out of balance, the hair will fall out.

Some people experience hair loss during pregnancy. Because the endocrine system changes during pregnancy, some reactions may be different from usual. It may also be caused by factors such as early pregnancy, excessive mental stress, unreasonable diet, etc.

Symptoms of early pregnancy

1. Breast changes. In the early stages of pregnancy, the breasts gradually swell and become very soft; the areola becomes larger and the color becomes darker due to increased pigmentation. Next, the blood vessels under the skin of the breast become visibly prominent, and the veins become dilated; the nipple also becomes noticeably prominent. These are normal physiological phenomena in early pregnancy.

2. Increased vaginal discharge. Some women find that their vaginal discharge is more than usual in the early stages of pregnancy. Should they go to the hospital for treatment? In the early stages of pregnancy, due to the rapid increase in hormones, increased vaginal discharge is a normal phenomenon. If your vulva doesn't itch and your vaginal discharge doesn't have an odor, there's no need to worry. However, if you experience vulvar itching and pain, yellow leucorrhea with a strange or foul smell, you need to go to the hospital for treatment. This may be caused by vulvar or vaginal disease. If left unchecked, it may affect the growth and development of the fetus. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, change underwear frequently, and keep underwear and perineum clean.

3. Nausea and vomiting without reason. Excluding diseases such as acute hepatitis, gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, etc., nausea and vomiting may occur after menopause, which are aggravated in the morning and accompanied by dizziness, weakness in the limbs, loss of appetite, drowsiness, etc. These are generally early pregnancy symptoms and you should be mentally prepared for pregnancy.

4. Frequent urination: In the third month of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed by the growing uterus, causing the bladder capacity to decrease, and frequent urination often occurs.
