How to make red cabbage

1. Cold red cabbage

Take an appropriate amount of red cabbage, 1-2 eggs, beat the eggs, pour into the oil pan and fry them. After they are formed, use a spatula to break them up and put them on a plate (you can also directly pour the red cabbage into the pan and stir-fry). Pour the red cabbage into the pan, pour in the eggs after it is fried, stir-fry them again, add salt and MSG, you can also add some cooking wine, of course, homemade rice wine is best, stir well and it can be served.
