3. Hot compress massage to remove fat particles

Wash your face with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Apply a towel at 40 degrees Celsius on your face for 3 minutes to open your skin pores. Use massage cream to gently massage in circular motions where fat particles are found. Massage for about 3 minutes. When you see whiteheads appear on the fat particles, gently wipe off the massage cream with a high-quality cotton swab.
