My heart is beating so fast, why is that?

The heart is an organ that is particularly important to each of us. It affects our vital signs. If there is a problem with the heart, our life will also be in danger. The heart often has many abnormal conditions, including the situation where the heart beats violently. This can be caused by many reasons. So what is the reason for the violent heart beating?

It was probably caused by paroxysmal tachycardia. The most common are sinus tachycardia and supraventricular tachycardia. Most of them are caused by staying up late, fatigue, emotional excitement, and oral coffee and strong tea. It usually resolves on its own. If the attacks occur frequently, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram.

It is caused by insufficient blood supply to the myocardium in a short period of time. People with insufficient qi and blood will have this situation. It is recommended to pay attention to rest, keep a good mood, and eat more high-quality protein foods.

First of all, you should consider the physiological reasons, such as tension, anxiety, staying up late, and autonomic nervous system disorders. These conditions will cause the heart to beat particularly heavily. In addition, some arrhythmias, such as frequent ventricular premature beats, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and paroxysmal atrial flutter, will also cause the heart to beat heavily. Some other diseases, such as severe anemia, infection, and hyperthyroidism, can also cause the heart to beat particularly heavily.

The sound of the beating heart is called heart sound. Generally, two heart sounds can be heard. The first one [dong[ is produced when the heart contracts. It is called the first heart sound, and the second one [da] is produced when the heart relaxes. It is called the second heart sound. Sometimes the third heart sound can also be heard. There are four heart sounds in total. The fourth heart sound is not easy to hear. The production of heart sound is the sound of valve opening and closing and blood flow when the heart contracts and relaxes.

When the valve is diseased, the switch fails or the blood flows too fast, the tone can change. The sound can be prolonged and the tone can change. This is a heart murmur. Any heart disease that can affect the changes in the heart valve can produce a heart murmur. Acquired rheumatic heart disease, congenital pulmonary valve stenosis, mitral valve stenosis or insufficiency. In addition, if there are abnormal channels or holes in the heart, blood flow through them can also produce murmurs. For example, congenital heart diseases such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus.
