What to do if the lower eye socket is sunken

Sunken lower eyelids are quite common among people nowadays. In fact, the causes of upper and lower eye socket sunken are basically the same. This is all because of using the eyes for a long time, or staying up late. Staying up late is very harmful to the eyes, and the protection of the eyes is not reasonable enough. Generally speaking, it is difficult to restore the sunken lower eye sockets to their original state, but they can be relieved by massaging the eyes.

Dark circles and sunken eyes are caused by staying up late, emotional instability, eye fatigue, aging, slow blood flow in the veins, insufficient oxygen supply to the red blood cells in the eye skin, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide and metabolic waste in the veins, causing chronic hypoxia, darker blood and stagnation, and eye pigmentation.

Cold and hot compresses plus massage for dark circles are very effective. Eating a balanced diet, eating more fruits rich in vitamin C, doing moderate aerobic exercise, enhancing cardiopulmonary function, and promoting blood circulation are very helpful in reducing the formation of dark circles.

In addition to having a healthy lifestyle, we can also use acupoint massage, combined with hot and cold compresses, to effectively get rid of dark circles. Gently massaging the acupuncture points around the eyes can stimulate the nerves and promote blood circulation, while hot and cold compresses can eliminate venous congestion and reduce the visibility of blood vessels.

The correct way is to heat a towel with hot water after washing your face, and then apply it to your eyes, allowing the heat to promote blood circulation under the eyes. When the towel cools down, replace it with hot water; after ten minutes of hot compress, replace it with cold water for about one minute, which can help blood vessels contract; after completion, apply eye cream for moisturizing.

Sunken eyes are actually a sign of fatigue. Especially for those who have to go to work every day, they must develop good sleeping habits and pay more attention to rest. At the same time, if the sunken eyes are pathological, they must be treated in time so that they can have bright big eyes again.

⒈ Ensure adequate sleep, improve sleep quality, and drink less water before going to bed.

⒉Massage your eyelids frequently to promote blood circulation.

⒊ Eat more foods rich in vitamin A and B, such as carrots, potatoes, soy products and animal liver.

4. When applying makeup, the color of the eye bags should be consistent with the color of the face, and do not use bright colors.

5. You can try using cucumber and apple slices as eye mask, which can provide some relief.

If you are sure that you are not a scar-prone person, you can use surgery to completely solve the eye bags, because general beauty treatments cannot completely eliminate eye bags, but can only delay and control them. Plastic surgery is the most effective way to eliminate eye bags. There are two methods that are suitable for your situation. However, you must stop breastfeeding for one month.
