Hot compress method with coarse salt bag: buy 1 pound of edible coarse salt, fry it until hot, add 50g of moxa leaves, put it into a gauze bag, wrap it with a cloth with good air permeability, and apply it to the affected area. However, you need to pay attention to adjust the temperature to prevent skin burns.

Function: Relieve local inflammation and improve joint metabolic function. It is best to do it once a day for more than a week. The salt can be reused.

How to massage arm pain during confinement
