There are a lot of white flakes on the face

What does it feel like to have a lot of white flakes on your face? In fact, these white flakes are very likely a sign of psoriasis, which means that there is something wrong with the patient's skin. In fact, a person’s skin can to a certain extent reveal his or her physical problems and daily routine. Therefore, when there are a lot of white flakes on your face, you must pay attention to it and consciously adjust your unhealthy lifestyle to give yourself healthy skin.

The root cause of skin problems lies in the internal organs, and the ultimate reason is your irregular lifestyle? Poor eating habits?

Dry skin

Symptoms: Abnormal skin moisture and oil content; dry, rough, and lack of elasticity; abnormal skin pH value; small pores; thin and sensitive facial skin. The facial skin is dull and lusterless, prone to cracking, dandruff, spots, and is difficult to apply makeup. But the appearance is relatively clean, the skin hillock is flat, and the skin grooves are straight, shallow, messy and wide. Skin becomes loose, prone to wrinkles and aging;

skin

Dry skin can be divided into two types: oil-deficient skin and water-deficient skin.

Maintenance focus: Do more massage care to promote blood circulation, and pay attention to using moisturizing, whitening, and active repair creams and nourishing creams. Pay attention to replenishing the skin's moisture and nutrients, and regulating the water and oil balance.

Choice of skin care products: drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, do not bathe too frequently or overuse facial cleanser, pay attention to weekly care and use nutrient-rich products, choose non-foaming, low-alkalinity cleansing products, and moisturizing lotions.

Normal skin

Characteristics: moderate moisture and oil content, moderate skin acidity and alkalinity, smooth, tender, soft, elastic, rosy and shiny, small pores, neatly arranged lines, and vertical and horizontal skin grooves. This is the most ideal and beautiful skin. Neutral skin mostly occurs in children, usually pre-developmental girls under 10 years old. Few young people, especially after puberty, still have neutral skin. This type of skin tends to be oily in the summer and dry in the winter.

Maintenance focus: Pay attention to weekly care of cleansing, toning, moisturizing and massage. Pay attention to daily hydration and care to regulate water and oil balance.

Selection of skin care products: Choose according to skin age and season. Choose hydrophilic products in summer and moisturizing products in winter. There is a wide range of choices.

Oily skin

Characteristics: vigorous oil secretion, obvious oily T-zone, large pores, frequent blackheads, thick, hard and rough skin, and deep skin lines; dark yellow appearance, dark skin color, alkaline skin, good elasticity, not easy to wrinkle, age, and insensitive to external stimuli. The skin easily absorbs ultraviolet rays, becomes darker, and easily loses makeup, and is prone to acne and pimples.

Maintenance focus: Keep skin clean and fresh at all times, eat less sugar, coffee, and irritating foods, eat more vitamin B2/B6 to increase skin resistance, pay attention to hydration and deep cleansing of the skin, and control excessive oil secretion.

Choice of skin care products: Use skin care products that are less oily, refreshing, inhibit sebum secretion, and have a strong astringent effect. Wash your face with warm water during the day and choose a facial cleanser suitable for oily skin to keep your pores unblocked and your skin clean. Do not apply makeup on acne-prone areas, do not use oily skin care products, and makeup tools should be cleaned or replaced regularly. Pay more attention to proper moisturizing.

Combination skin

Presenting characteristics: One skin type presents two or more appearances (having characteristics of both oily and dry skin). The most common skin condition is that the T-zone of the face is oily, while the rest of the face is dry and acne occurs from time to time. 80% of adult men have combination skin. Combination skin often occurs between the ages of 20 and 39.

Maintenance focus: focus on treating oily, dry and neutral skin respectively. When using skin care products, moisturize the drier areas first, and then wipe the remaining amount on other areas. Pay attention to timely replenishment of water, nutrients and regulating the balance of the skin.

Skin care product selection: In summer, refer to the third option for oily skin; in winter, refer to the first option for dry skin.

Sensitive skin

Symptoms: The skin is more sensitive, the sebum film is thin, the skin's own protection ability is weak, and the skin is prone to redness, swelling, irritation, itching, pain, peeling, and dehydration.

Maintenance focus: Take care of your skin regularly; the water should not be too hot or too cold when washing your face, and a mild facial cleanser should be used to wash your face. In the morning, you can use sunscreen to prevent sunlight from damaging your skin; at night, you can use nourishing lotion to increase skin moisture. In terms of diet, eat less foods that are likely to cause allergies. If skin allergies occur, stop using any cosmetics immediately and observe and care for your skin.

Selection of skin care products: An adaptability test should be carried out first and the product can only be used if there is no reaction. Avoid using inferior cosmetics or using multiple cosmetics at the same time, and be careful not to change cosmetics frequently. Do not use skin care products that contain too much fragrance or are too acidic or alkaline, and instead choose cosmetics suitable for sensitive skin.
