Erythrocytosis: bleeding in the lower intestine; in amoebic dysentery, there are more red blood cells than white blood cells, and the red blood cells are piled up and fragmented; in bacillary dysentery, there are more white blood cells than red blood cells, and the red blood cells may be scattered. 2. Leukocytosis: The number of leukocytosis increases significantly in enteritis and bacillary dysentery, and phagocytes can be seen. In bacillary dysentery, the number of leukocytosis may even fill the entire field of vision and may form piles. 3. The detection of parasite eggs can be confirmed as intestinal parasitic infection. |
