Oral ulcer, chin lymph node pain

Oral ulcer, chin lymph node pain

People are prone to oral ulcers when they have a fever or are deficient in vitamins. Although this disease is not a serious one, it causes great pain to the patient and the recovery process is relatively long. There is another group of people who may also suffer from oral ulcers, and that is patients with gastric ulcers or colitis. Their oral ulcers are prone to recurring. Some people often have symptoms of swollen and painful lymph nodes in the neck during the onset of oral ulcers.

1. Is it normal to have swollen and painful lymph nodes in the neck when you have oral ulcers?

Oral ulcers are a common oral mucosal disease. Common colds, indigestion, mental stress, depression, or getting angry can all cause oral ulcers, which usually occur on the lips, cheeks, and tongue. If there are no special circumstances, it will generally heal on its own in about 10 days. Oral ulcers can cause swollen and painful lymph nodes in the neck. Oral ulcers can cause a series of inflammatory reactions in the body, and the lymph nodes adjacent to the lesions will swell due to the infiltration of lymphocytes and inflammatory cells. It is commonly seen in the mandible.

2. Causes of oral ulcers

1 Oral ulcers are generally believed to be related to low human immunity, that is, some people with poor physical constitution often suffer from oral ulcers. Oral ulcers are also more common in the elderly. This is because with the increase of age, the body's immunity gradually decreases, the body's organs gradually weaken, and therefore the resistance to oral ulcers is also weaker.

2 Oral ulcers are also closely related to a person's mental state. Many office workers who are under great pressure often suffer from oral ulcers, especially white-collar beauties. Due to excessive work pressure, they often stay up late to work overtime, lack of sleep, and women's irritability and mood swings during their menstrual period, so female white-collar workers are more likely to suffer from oral ulcers.

3 Oral ulcers are also related to the lack of some trace elements. Children who are picky eaters often suffer from oral ulcers. Therefore, people who often suffer from oral ulcers should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins, such as tomatoes, eggplants, spinach, etc. They should choose easily digestible foods and avoid eating irritating foods.

3. What to eat to cure oral ulcers quickly

1. Eating some tomatoes can relieve the symptoms of oral ulcers. Hold the tomato juice in your mouth for several minutes each time, several times a day. It may be painful at first, but be careful and persevere.

2. Watermelon juice can also relieve the symptoms of oral ulcers. Buy half a watermelon, dig out the watermelon pulp, squeeze out the juice, hold the juice in your mouth, swallow it after about 2 to 3 minutes, then hold new watermelon juice, and repeat several times.

3. Mung bean egg drop soup can also treat oral ulcers. Soak the mung beans in water for more than ten minutes, then add water and boil for one or two minutes. Beat the eggs and stir them, then mix the frangipani with mung bean water and drink it once in the morning and once in the evening every day to clear away heat and reduce fire.
