What causes blisters on the legs

What causes blisters on the legs

Some people often find a blister somewhere on their body without noticing. The main reason for bubbles is that osmosis occurs in the cells of the body, and the concentration of cytoplasm is higher than that of the tissue fluid outside the cells. Osmotic pressure will occur, which is what people often call tissue edema. If you find a blister on your leg, don't panic; it may just be tissue edema. So what causes blisters on the legs?

1 I suggest you go to the hospital to check for allergens first, because I haven’t seen yours and don’t know what it looks like. See if you are allergic to something. If it is eczema, the doctor will prescribe medicine for you. Just take it for a week. Try not to use topical medicines. Sometimes those medicines may work quickly, but they are only superficial and will recur. You can take some medicine appropriately.

2 You should develop good hygiene habits and maintain personal hygiene. You should often wash the area with warm water. Do not use cold water to wash, as it will irritate the skin, but do not use too hot water to wash either. About 30 degrees will be enough. This is how the skin will adapt. Maybe cool water will be more comfortable, but it will make the itchiness worse after washing.

3 Do not scratch with your hands or wash your nails with hot water. There are too many viruses in the nails, and scratching can easily lead to infection, which is difficult to treat. So try to control your hands, don’t scratch, never scratch. If it’s really itchy, you can touch it with your hands, but don’t scratch the front or outside of your body. Do not wear hard underwear to avoid irritating the skin;

Note:

1. Eat less seafood, mutton and other foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid drinking alcohol and eating irritating foods; 2. Develop good hygiene habits, maintain personal hygiene, and often use warm water and soap for local cleaning to avoid stimulating the secretion of oil; 3. Avoid scratching with hands or washing with hot water, and do not wear hard underwear to avoid irritating the skin; 4. Dermatitis and eczema can be affected by many factors, such as irregular life, poor sleep, indigestion, constipation, etc., which may aggravate the symptoms and should be paid attention to; because chickenpox is highly contagious, so at this time, be careful not to let children contact others as much as possible, and also pay attention to dietary taboos, avoid eating hot and nourishing foods. Do not eat bean products, but you can use appropriate diet therapy, such as making soup with lithospermum or Imperata root.
