How to wash the bed sheets after period

How to clean blood stains on bed sheets

1. According to the analysis of the chemical composition of blood, if the blood stains have just attached to the sheets and quilt covers, they should be washed immediately with cold water or salt water and rinsed for a while. But remember not to use hot water, because hot water will cause the blood to coagulate. Rinse and wash again with soap.

2. Use grape juice mixed with salt to scrub blood stains.

3. Scrub with 10% tartaric acid solution and then rinse with cold water.

4. If you use laundry detergent, it is recommended to choose laundry detergent with enzymes to remove blood stains more effectively.

5. If it has been a long time, you need to scrub it with 10% ammonia or 3% hydrogen peroxide, and then wash it with cold water. If it still cannot be cleaned, wash it with 10-15% oxalic acid solution.

6. The universal washing method is to rub and wash slowly with sulfur soap.

7. Rub hand oil on the blood stains, wait for half an hour until it is fully blended, and then wash it with cold water.

8. If the sheets and quilt covers are stained with blood, they must be washed immediately, otherwise the blood stains will be difficult to remove over time.

9. When cleaning blood stains, do not use hot water, only cold water.

10. To wash blood stains, soak them in cold water first, then wash them with enzyme detergent. Or wash with soap or 10% potassium iodide solution; or use white radish juice or mashed carrots mixed with salt to remove blood stains on clothes; or wipe the stained area with 10% tartaric acid solution and then wash with cold water; use enzyme laundry detergent to remove blood stains, the effect is very good.

11. Old blood stains can be removed with oxalic acid. You can also wash with lemon juice and salt water. (Mine is old.)

12. Blood stains on white sheets can be removed by mixing 1 part sodium thiosulfate and 50 parts water, diluting and dissolving the mixture and heating to 35°C. Then soak white clothes in the mixture until the blood color disappears and then wash with water. You can also soak the fabric in a 3% vinegar solution, leave it for 12 hours, and then rinse it with water. The effect is also very good.
