What are the early symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage?

Cerebral hemorrhage is a common physical disease in daily life. It usually occurs in middle-aged and elderly people. There are many causes of cerebral hemorrhage. Generally, it is a symptom caused by high blood pressure. The early symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage include sudden severe headache, incoordination of limbs, unsteady walking, etc., and it can also easily lead to paralysis of the body.

Early symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage

Cerebral hemorrhage is a type of stroke. Studies have shown that the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage is closely related to hypertension and arteriosclerosis. Everyone knows that people with the "three highs" of high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and high blood sugar, and patients with arteriosclerosis are at high risk of cerebral hemorrhage. This is mainly because the walls of the small arteries in the brains of patients with these diseases are affected by high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and blood vessel wall cells for a long time, causing necrosis of the blood vessel wall cells, hardening and thinning of the blood vessel wall, or formation of aneurysms in weak parts of the blood vessel wall. When the blood pressure suddenly rises, the blood vessel wall or cystic blood vessels are prone to rupture, causing cerebral hemorrhage.

After hemorrhage, there will be a widespread decrease in cerebral blood flow around the hematoma, leading to ischemic damage and seriously affecting the recovery of neurological function. Although cerebral hemorrhage is dangerous, the condition changes rapidly, and the mortality and disability rates are high, there are signs of its occurrence. Most people will experience one or more transient cerebral ischemic attacks before a stroke. Next, we will understand the precursors of cerebral hemorrhage, find out the "enemy situation," and take the initiative to attack.

The "100 Questions About Stroke" compiled by the Office of the Stroke Screening and Prevention Project Committee of the Ministry of Health points out the possible precursors of cerebral hemorrhage:

One of the precursors of cerebral hemorrhage: sudden blurring of vision in one or both eyes;

The second sign of cerebral hemorrhage: sudden numbness and weakness of the face or one side of the limbs;

The third sign of cerebral hemorrhage: sudden slurred speech;

The fourth sign of cerebral hemorrhage: sudden severe headache, etc.

The above symptoms usually only last for a few minutes and then disappear, and are easily ignored by patients. If a patient has any of these symptoms, be alert to cerebral hemorrhage. You can further determine whether a cerebral hemorrhage has occurred by following the following methods:

When you suspect a stroke, you can observe whether you have had a stroke in the order of eyes, mouth, hands, and feet:

(1) Symptoms occur suddenly.

(2) Loss of vision or blurred vision in one or both eyes.

(3) Staring to one side.

(4) Visual rotation or balance disorder.

(5) Numbness on one side of the face or crooked corner of the mouth.

(6) Speech is unclear or there is difficulty understanding speech.

(7) Weakness, clumsiness, heaviness, or numbness of one side of the limbs (with or without the face).

(8) Severe headache and vomiting that were rare in the past.

(9) The above symptoms are accompanied by impaired consciousness or convulsions.

Every moment counts in the early treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients. The use of emergency drugs undoubtedly creates conditions for medical emergency and follow-up treatment.

Is there black blood on the soles of feet due to cerebral hemorrhage?

Cerebral hemorrhage is a brain injury caused by rupture of intracranial blood vessels, which has nothing to do with the soles of the feet. So, there won’t be any black blood or anything like that.
