Vitamin E reduces blue marks on beard

Vitamin E is familiar to everyone. It can beautify the skin and lighten scars. Many people have scars, acne marks, freckles, etc. on their faces. This is simply unacceptable for female friends. After all, scars and acne marks will affect the smoothness of the face and make people look less beautiful. So can vitamin E really lighten acne scars? Let’s take a look at it together!

1. In fact, hereditary freckles are not scary. As long as we use the right method, freckles can be completely eradicated. In addition to hereditary freckles, there are also acquired freckles, which are mainly caused by some internal or external reasons, which cause the imbalance of melanocytes, resulting in a sharp increase and deposition of melanin, and the melanin is exposed from the deep layer to the surface. This then forms freckles.

2. After washing the Atractylodes, cut it into pieces or slices, then add white vinegar that is 10 times the amount of the Atractylodes, seal it and soak it for a week. After washing your face every day, use a cotton pad to dip a little of the mixture and apply it to the spots on your face. You can wait until it is completely absorbed or wash it with clean water. This method is especially suitable for freckles.

3. Put the lemon slices in a sealed container, add honey, add cold water to cover the lemon slices, cover the container, and put it in the refrigerator. Take out two slices the next day and soak them in water. One lemon can be consumed for about a week. Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which can effectively lighten freckles and has a partial whitening effect.

4. Mix 1 fresh egg and 1 teaspoon of honey evenly. Apply it on your face with your hands or a brush before going to bed. You can also use massage techniques to promote blood circulation and speed up skin metabolism. After it dries naturally, wash it off with water.

5. Wash the bitter gourd first, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Take it out and remove the bitter gourd seeds inside. Cut it into pieces and put it into a juicer to make it into a paste. Apply it evenly on the face after cleansing. Wait for 30 minutes and then wash it with clean water. Do this once every 2-3 days. If you feel it is a waste to waste the remaining bitter gourd, you can squeeze the juice into drink.

6. Laser treatment : Laser is a well-known method for treating hereditary freckles and will not damage normal skin tissue. Laser treatment of hereditary freckles is to pass a laser beam of a specific wavelength through the epidermis and dermis to destroy pigment cells and pigment particles. The fragments are processed and absorbed by the macrophages in the body. It is safe and does not leave scars, fundamentally solving the drawbacks of previous removal methods.
