What kind of shoes are suitable for sweaty feet?

With the improvement of living standards, in today's society, everyone is pursuing the improvement of the quality of life, and the requirements for clothing are getting higher and higher. However, while pursuing a high quality of life, we must also learn to choose, choose what suits us, and not buy everything. For people with sweaty feet, they should know how to choose a pair of suitable shoes that are both breathable and comfortable.

Experts remind that people with sweaty feet should wear well-breathed sports shoes or good quality leather shoes, and it is best to wear pure cotton socks. It is easy to sweat in spring and summer, so it is best to change shoes and socks once a day.

Some of the patent leather shoes sold on the market now are made by applying a layer of bright paint containing plastic components on the second layer of cowhide or crushed cowhide; some are made by directly applying bright paint on PU leather to pretend to be patent leather. The breathability of the patent leather made of the former is only 40% of that of genuine leather shoes; the breathability of the latter is only 15% of that of genuine leather shoes.

When patent leather shoes are unfortunately encountered with "sweaty feet", the fungi on the feet may breed and multiply in the humid environment, eventually causing odor and tinea pedis.

Just like women with sweaty feet should not wear rubber shoes, women with sweaty feet should not wear patent leather shoes. If they really have to wear them, they should choose breathable, shallow-top, instep-exposed styles, or styles with patent leather and matte cowhide inlaid to increase the breathability of the patent leather and avoid tinea pedis.

Recommended shoes for sweaty feet

Sweaty feet are quite troublesome. First, the feet smell, and second, the skin between the toes is prone to rot.

The effective conventional methods are: 1. Wear five-toe socks, which use more pure cotton than toeless socks, and can increase the amount of sweat absorption (the humidity of the socks increases and the humidity of the skin surface decreases); 2. Wear more breathable shoes; 3. Change shoes, socks, and insoles frequently.

There are many breathable shoes now, such as: pure cloth shoes (the insole inside the sole is preferably pure cotton), mesh shoes with large areas of mesh (casual shoes, running shoes), leather shoes and sandals with hollow uppers.

In cold weather without snow or ice, wearing cloth shoes (not suitable for rainy days) can basically meet daily needs. In hot weather, sandals, mesh shoes and perforated leather shoes are suitable.

However, due to different occasions of wearing, there are relatively few shoes that can meet the needs of sweaty feet.

1. If you mainly go to indoor occasions (work, study) and don’t walk much outdoors, we recommend "ordinary shoes + cloth shoes or mesh shoes or sandals" to ensure that your feet are wearing breathable shoes for a long time. That is, once you arrive at a fixed occasion, immediately change into spare shoes with good breathability.

2. For outdoor occasions, mesh sports shoes or leather shoes with hollow uppers are recommended. This can meet the needs of sweaty feet, but there is a problem when it rains: water can easily enter the shoes.

Therefore, outdoor shoes suitable for sweaty feet must meet the needs of heat dissipation, breathability and waterproofness at the same time, and achieve a balance between the two. At present, sandals fully meet the needs in summer; but it is not enough to rely on a pair of shoes for spring, autumn and winter.

For shoes suitable for sweaty feet in spring, autumn and winter, I personally recommend the following design directions: 1. The middle and lower parts of the shoe must first meet the needs of waterproofing; 2. The upper part of the shoe must meet the needs of heat dissipation and ventilation; 3. Practicality is the main consideration, and aesthetics is secondary.

The most obvious symptoms of sweaty feet are foot odor and rot between toes. Therefore, people with sweaty feet should pay attention to these two symptoms when choosing a good pair of shoes. They should choose shoes that are breathable and suitable, with appearance being secondary. Different occasions have different requirements for clothing. You can refer to the ones mentioned above for matching. I think this not only achieves the purpose of practicality, but also achieves the level of beauty.
