1. How to use a belly band

Be sure to first use the palms of both hands to slowly push up the abdominal muscles and the deep uterus from the pubic area, and then start to strengthen and fix the abdominal belt from the pubic area. Never tie only the stomach and upper abdomen, otherwise the most important lower abdomen will be missed, which will cause the uterus to sag. In addition, the pressure applied will start to tighten the lower abdomen (below the navel to the pubic bone). 2. When to use a belly band

After getting up and washing up, you can use the abdominal belt, but remember to take it off before going to bed at night. Do not use it all day long, as it will be detrimental to the body's circulation. 3. Using a belly band is not a panacea

Basically, you can use a belly band during the confinement period, but if the feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen does not improve, it is often caused by qi deficiency in the body. At this time, it is more necessary to replenish qi through Chinese medicine in a timely manner to effectively improve the feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen. A belly band is an external aid to help the body recover, but it does not mean that you can sit or stand frequently after using it.
