If you skip dinner, stomach acid will damage the gastric mucosa, which is not good for stomach health.

3. Nutritional imbalance

The three major nutrients that produce energy are protein, fat, and carbohydrates. 1 gram of fat can produce 9 kcal of energy, and 1 gram of protein and carbohydrates can produce 4 kcal of energy.

1. People who eat meat for dinner have three to four times higher blood lipids than those who eat vegetarian food. For people with high blood lipids and high blood pressure, if they often eat meat for dinner, it is like adding fuel to the fire, which will aggravate or worsen the condition.

2. If you often consume too many calories at dinner, it will easily cause increased cholesterol. Excessive cholesterol accumulates on the inner walls of blood vessels. Over time, it will induce arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease.

3. Greasy food, food that causes bloating, and high-calcium food are not suitable for dinner, as they will increase the workload of the intestines, stomach, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, stimulate the nerve center, and affect sleep quality.

4. Some foods will produce a lot of gas during digestion, causing bloating, so they are not suitable for dinner.

5. Do not eat high-calcium foods before going to bed. This is because when the peak of calcium excretion arrives at night, people have already gone to bed and the five internal organs have entered a resting state. Urine cannot be excreted from the body in time and continues to accumulate. Over time, it is very easy to form stones.
