What is the difference between acne and pimples

In fact, acne and pimples are actually the same. They are relatively common skin diseases, especially among teenagers. The face, chest and back are common areas where they appear. For example, they often squeeze pimples with their hands or eat spicy and irritating foods, which will only cause acne to continue to grow.

1. Acne and pimples have the same nature

4. Adjusting your lifestyle and eating habits can effectively control acne and is beneficial to the treatment of acne.

5. Some people think that acne is a problem on the surface of the skin and only needs to be solved from the surface. That will only treat the symptoms and not the root cause, leading to recurring acne. To completely cure acne, you must apply cream externally while taking medicine internally to regulate the body's endocrine system, so as to achieve the goal of removing the fire from the cauldron and treating both the symptoms and the root cause.
