The main function of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection is to help treat abnormal liver function caused by chronic hepatitis. This drug has many contraindications and is a prescription drug. Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection Ingredients

The main ingredient of this product is diammonium glycyrrhizinate.

Chemical name: 20β-carboxyl-11-oxo-n-oleanol-12-ene-3β-yl-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid-α-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid diammonium salt.

Characteristics

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Indications

This product is used for acute and chronic viral hepatitis accompanied by elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT).

Specification: 10ml; 50mg.

Dosage

For intravenous injection, 150 mg at a time (3 vials at a time), diluted with 250 ml of 10% glucose injection and slowly dripped, once a day.

Adverse Reactions

1. Digestive system: poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension may occur.

2. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system: common symptoms include headache, dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations and increased blood pressure.

3. Others: skin itching, urticaria, dry mouth and edema.

The above symptoms are generally mild and do not affect treatment.

Taboo

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hypokalemia, hypernatremia, hypertension, heart failure, and renal failure.

Precautions

1. This product must not be injected without dilution.

2. Blood pressure, serum potassium and sodium concentrations should be checked regularly during treatment. If hypertension, blood sodium retention, hypokalemia, etc. occur, the drug should be discontinued or the dosage should be reduced appropriately.
