There is also a distinction between good and bad in the process of drinking tea. Some people worry that drinking too much tea will cause spots and increase melanin. Although the appearance of tea looks black, it will not cause spots. It is also beneficial to beauty and promotes metabolism.

Below are the causes of spots, classification of spots, and methods of removing and preventing spots.

1. Active spots : The five main reasons for the active acylamino acid enzymes are:

1. External factors : ultraviolet radiation, use of bad cosmetics, external stimulation and abrasion;

2. Internal factors : endocrine disorders:

A. Pregnancy-induced tyrosinase activation leads to melanin deposition;

B. Acid-base imbalance: An acidic constitution will lead to slow metabolism and cause pigmentation;

C. Malnutrition, lack of vitamins, slowed metabolism and leading to spots.

3. Mental stress, excessive fatigue, nervous dysfunction, and decreased adrenal sebum function can lead to the activation of leucoderma and cause pigmentation.

4. Light effect reaction :

A. Antibiotics and contraceptives easily absorb ultraviolet rays;

B. Food: shellfish, seaweed;

C. Plants: Citrus and Moraceae are easy to absorb ultraviolet rays.

5. Disease :

A. Insufficient liver and kidney function, poor hematopoietic function, insufficient qi and blood, slow blood circulation, and poor metabolism;

B. Diabetes can reduce the overall trickle function and slow down metabolism;

C. Excessive secretion of the thyroid gland and hyperthyroidism will activate amino acid enzymes and increase pigmentation;

D. Skin diseases or acne or blackheads causing pigmentation;

E. Aging can cause a decrease in metabolic function.

Crow's feet and spots : low thyroid immunity

Spots under the eyes : female hormone imbalance, uterine disease, too many miscarriages or taking birth control pills;

Spots on cheeks : weak liver, ultraviolet radiation, insomnia;

Spots around the corners of the mouth : uterine, ovarian and gynecological diseases;

Neck : caused by perfume allergy;

Hairline : Caused by internal organs or hair dyeing, poor liver function.

The nature of the product is unstable and is affected by external light and endocrine factors. The color depth will change, but it can be removed. Common spots include: chloasma, sun spots, pregnancy spots, and dark spots.

2. Qualitative spots : They are stable in nature and are not affected by external factors and will not change. Once the original part is removed, it will not grow back. Common spots include: genetic spots, freckles, age spots, and pigmented nevi.

Pigmentation characteristics :

1. Freckles : related to heredity, 3% are related to autosomes and blood, the color becomes darker after sun exposure, distributed in dots and isolated from each other, with a diameter of no more than 0.5 cm, often distributed on the cheeks, hands and shoulders, starting to appear at the age of 5-7, can not be eradicated but can only fade;

2. Melasma : Also known as butterfly spots or liver spots, it is light brown and flaky. The patches vary in size, have clear boundaries, irregular shapes, and are not higher than the skin. It is common on the face and symmetrical on the cheeks. The main cause is related to endocrine and female hormone disorders.

3. Pregnancy and sunburn : acquired factors, caused by ultraviolet rays, resulting in irregular sizes;

4. Black spots : Metal spots and rebound spots are acquired and related to cosmetics. Long-term use of makeup or heavy metal cosmetics containing lead and mercury can cause dark spots.

5. Age spots : caused by natural aging, physiological decline, and slow metabolism. Most of them are higher than the skin, usually on the face and hands.

Five major reasons for freckles :

1. External factors : ultraviolet radiation, use of bad cosmetics, external stimulation and abrasion;

2. Internal factors : endocrine disorders:

A. Pregnancy-induced tyrosinase activation leads to melanin deposition;

B. Acid-base imbalance: An acidic constitution will lead to slow metabolism and cause pigmentation;

C. Malnutrition, lack of vitamins, slowed metabolism and leading to spots.

3. Mental stress, excessive fatigue, nervous dysfunction, and decreased adrenal sebum function can lead to the activation of leucoderma and cause pigmentation.
