If the bacterial culture of leucorrhea shows gonorrhea, it should be a gonococcal infection.

(1) General treatment : Actively treat other diseases that may cause candidal vaginitis and eliminate susceptible factors.

(2) Change the pH value of the vagina : The most suitable pH value for the growth of Candida is 5.5. Therefore, using alkaline solution to wash the vulva and vagina to change the pH value of the vagina will inhibit the growth and reproduction of fungi. You can use 2% to 4% baking soda water to wash the vagina, 1 to 2 times a day, and 2 weeks is a course of treatment.

(3) Vaginal medication : Using imidazole suppositories for vaginal medication has a good effect on candidal vaginitis. Take 1 tablet of clotrimazole suppository every night, insert it into the vagina after flushing, and 10 to 14 days is a course of treatment; or take 1 tablet of Daconil suppository every night, apply it into the vagina after flushing, and 7 days is a course of treatment.
