Product properties:

Glutinous rice glue: milky white (or slightly yellow) colloid with a slight starchy taste; acidity and alkalinity: weakly acidic; translucent after drying.

Directions:

1. Prepare tools: clean water, clean bucket, glutinous rice glue (2KG) and stirring tools;

2. Pour the glutinous rice glue into a clean bucket;

3. Add water three times at a ratio of 1:1 (2KG:2L), add 20% (i.e. 400ML) water for the first time, and stir evenly (in one direction);

4. Add 40% (i.e. 800ML) of water for the second time and stir evenly (same direction as above);

5. Add 40% (i.e. 800ML) of water for the third time, stir evenly (same direction as above), and adjust until the glutinous rice glue becomes thick and stringy.
