What to do if athlete's foot causes peeling and sore feet

The incidence of athlete's foot is relatively high. It can be said that in real life, at least two or three out of ten people suffer from athlete's foot to varying degrees. Especially in summer, which is the peak season for athlete's foot. Some people experience severe itching on their feet, and the more they scratch, the more itchy they become, which seriously affects everyone's normal life and study. Some patients show symptoms of peeling feet, some have symptoms such as dry and cracked feet, and some have smelly feet. In fact, these symptoms are all clinical symptoms of athlete's foot. So what should we do if we have athlete's foot? Experts say that athlete's foot is caused by fungi. The disease is relatively stubborn and difficult to cure. In addition to taking medication in time, patients must pay attention to personal hygiene in daily life and correct some bad hygiene habits, which is conducive to the treatment of athlete's foot.

In life, many people are troubled by foot odor, athlete's foot, and peeling feet. They have applied many medicines, but the effect is minimal. It is not because the medicines are ineffective or the methods are wrong, but because the personal hygiene habits in daily life have not been changed.

What to do if your feet are peeling and sore

First, it is very important to maintain, adhere to, and continue good personal hygiene habits! The source of foot odor, the root of athlete's foot, and the beginning of foot peeling are all caused by poor personal hygiene habits. The summary is three words: wash three times frequently - wash your feet frequently, wash your socks frequently, wash your shoes frequently, and do not share shoes and socks with others. I believe most of my friends can wear different shoes and socks and wash their feet frequently, but most of the male compatriots like me, especially singles, can't change shoes and socks, because they have to be washed after changing. I only changed this bad habit after I got married, hehe~

Second, friends who have smelly feet, athlete's foot, and peeling feet must have a common experience, that is, itching! Scratching when it itches will feel "comfortable", so a habit is formed. When there is no one around, use your hands to scratch, and when there are people around, use your feet to rub. The result is the same: the more you scratch, the more itchy it becomes, and the more itchy it becomes, the more you scratch. Of course, the feet suffer the most, and the situation will get worse! So you must endure it. If you really can't stand it, go to the toilet and flush your feet with water. In short, don't scratch.

Third, if the injury to your foot is too severe, it is best to seek medical attention first. If you really don’t want to seek medical attention, then buy some medicine yourself and strictly follow the instructions for use of the medicine. Generally, apply it twice a day and continue to apply it for a week after the condition improves. Don't believe in nonsense like "it won't recur" or something like that. If you can't change your bad habits, the old habits will naturally recur.

Fourth, another method is foot soaking. Foot soaking does not just involve soaking in water. First of all, it must be warm boiled water. Secondly, ingredients must be added to the water. As for what to add to the water? Here I would like to share with you my wife's unique secret. As the saying goes, a wife manages the household, so naturally she cannot do without firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and tea. Firewood, rice and oil are too precious, so of course they are not used. You don't want to soak your feet like soy sauce, so soy sauce is not used either. Then all that's left is salt, tea and vinegar. In fact, in daily life, salt and vinegar are most often used for soaking, which is convenient and economical. If your feet are broken, don’t use salt. If you sprinkle salt on the wound, will it feel good? So vinegar is the best choice! Pour some vinegar into half a basin of warm water. The temperature of the water varies from person to person, and it is best to make it slightly hot for better results.
