Whenever the seasons change or the temperature changes suddenly, some people cannot stand such external stimulation and are prone to coughing. Coughing may not seem serious, but it is particularly unpleasant. Hydroxypropylamine capsules are mainly used for suppressing cough and have obvious effects. Of course, there will be some side effects during the use of drugs. Hydroxypropylamine capsules will also have some adverse reactions on patients. Let’s talk about the side effects of hydropropylamine capsules. Case 1 Levodropropizine tablets are Western medicine. Western medicine, as opposed to traditional Chinese medicine, refers to medicines used in Western medicine, which are generally made by chemical synthesis or extracted from natural products; including aspirin, penicillin, painkillers, etc. Western medicine refers to organic chemical drugs, inorganic chemical drugs and biological products. The instructions provide the chemical name and structural formula, and the dosage is more accurate than that of traditional Chinese medicine, usually measured in milligrams. Case 2 The tooth decay ingredient of levodropropizine tablets is levodropropizine, also known as (S)-3-(4-phenyl-1-piperazinyl)-1,2-propanediol, with the chemical formula (molecular formula): C13H20N2O2. It is a white powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane, and chloroform, and difficult to dissolve in acetone. It is often used as an antitussive and expectorant, and is suitable for dry cough and persistent cough caused by acute upper respiratory tract infection and acute bronchitis. Case 3 Data from subacute and long-term toxicity tests on rats and dogs using levohydroxypropylpiperazine tablets showed that the main phenomena during medication included salivation, decreased food intake and body weight in rats, and central sedation, peripheral vasodilation and increased heart rate in dogs; high doses were hepatotoxic to both animals. The experiment found that the maximum tolerated oral dose of the two animals was 24 mg/kg/d, which is 10 times the clinical dose. Levodropropizine has only a minor effect at 30 times the clinical dose. Case 4 The side effects of levodropropizine tablets are minor and rare. The main symptoms are gastrointestinal reactions, nausea, upper abdominal pain, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, central nervous system reactions, fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, palpitations, dry mouth, etc., occasionally visual impairment, rash, and difficulty breathing are rare. Transient elevations in transaminases may be seen at high doses. While taking Hydroxypropyl Methylphenidate Capsules, you should drink plenty of water and eat light food. It is best not to eat raw or cold food. Do not avoid eating fish, shrimp, crab and other foods, spicy food, and do not overeat. If any adverse reactions occur, go to the hospital for examination in time. |
