The Soviets also found that the nutritional value of all the foods in the experiments was reduced. The nutritional value of microwaved food is reduced by 60% to 90%, including minerals and biochemical enzymes, vitamins B, C and E, and anti-fat bile substances, and even the nutritional content of protein is reduced. The researchers also found hormonal abnormalities, particularly abnormalities in the secretion and balance of male and female hormones. In addition, the electrical conductivity of the cell membrane becomes unstable. Maintaining normal cell membrane electrogenicity is critical to cell health and intercellular connectivity.
