4. Heat the oil in a wok, pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside.

5. Add oil and sauté scallions and ginger.

6. Add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in green and yellow pepper shreds, add a little salt, light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Honey Spare Ribs

Ingredients: 500g pork ribs

Accessories: 3 star anise, a little dark soy sauce, 1 lemon, 2 spoons of oil, 3 slices of ginger, half a garlic, 1 spoon of honey, a little light soy sauce

Steps

1. Cut the pork ribs into sections, fry them briefly (about 2 minutes), and drain off the excess oil.

2. Put ginger and garlic in the pot and fry until fragrant, then put in the ribs, add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce (for color), star anise, and boiling water (to cover the meat). After boiling, turn to low heat and cook until cooked (the bones and meat are separated).

3. Open the lid, turn to high heat, add a spoonful of honey (according to personal taste) and a few drops of lemon, and cook until the juice thickens (about 2 to 3 minutes).

Potatoes and Pork

Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 250g pork

Accessories: 4 peppers, a little salt, 2 spoons of cooking wine, a little chicken essence

Steps

1.Cut the pork into pieces and marinate with salt and cooking wine for 5 minutes.

2. Dice the potatoes and peppers.

3. Put the marinated pork into the pan and fry until the meat turns white, then serve.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the potatoes and fry until cooked.

5. Finally, add the pork, stir-fry slightly, cover the pot and simmer for a while. Add chicken stock and serve.

Tips

Try to fry the potatoes until they are cooked through, unless you like the crunchy texture. Green and sprouting potatoes are poisonous.

Scallion Chicken Wings

Ingredients: 6 chicken wings

Accessories: 100g green onion, 50g ginger, 50g shallot, some black sesame oil, some cooking wine, a little salt

Steps

1. Clean the materials and set aside

2. Score the back of the chicken wings

3. Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken wings and marinate for a while, then add scallion and ginger slices.

4. Steam for 15 minutes

5. Heat the pan, add dark sesame oil, add the remaining scallions, ginger and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant. Finally, sprinkle on the chicken wings and it is done.

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast

Accessories: 1 shallot, 3 slices of ginger, 1 red pepper, 8 almonds, 2 tablespoons of June chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 10g of white sugar, 20g of water starch, 1 teaspoon of strong liquor

Steps

1. Prepare the required main and auxiliary materials;

2. Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces about 2 cm in size, and add light soy sauce;

3. Add water starch;

4. Stir well and marinate for about 10 minutes;

5. Add a tablespoon of chili sauce, mix well, and marinate for another 10 minutes;

6. Cut ginger into strips, green onions into sections, and peppers into rings;

7. Heat the pan, add a little oil, add ginger and scallion to fry until fragrant;

8. Add the marinated chicken and almonds and stir-fry quickly;

9. After the chicken changes color, add the remaining chili sauce;

10. Add white sugar;

11. Add chili rings;

12. Pour in strong liquor;

13. Stir-fry quickly and evenly.
