Eat more protein-containing foods, and the general principle is to eat less fatty and greasy foods.

2 Gout is caused by purine metabolism disorder in the body, which can be induced by the intake of foods with high purine content. Some animal offal and meat are high-purine foods. You can appropriately take some low-purine foods such as eggs, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, etc. Avoid smoking, drinking, and eating less seafood, as these can trigger gout attacks. Drink more water to promote the excretion of uric acid.

3 In addition to paying attention to diet, daily life is also very important. You should strengthen physical exercise and enhance your physical fitness. Patients with gout should pay attention to rest during the acute phase of an attack and avoid activities. It is recommended to exercise only after 72 hours of relief so as not to increase the burden on the body.

High blood lipids can cause other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, etc. If gout is not treated actively, it may become chronic and uncured. Therefore, in addition to paying attention to your daily diet, you should also actively cooperate with treatment to prevent the disease from worsening.
